Blessed Birthday to Kristel

Yesterday was Kristel's 7th birthday. Praise God for another year of life and blessings for my daughter!

I can't believe that she's growing up so fast. Her Ninang Lou gave her the dress she's wearing as a birthday gift and she looks very much like a pretty young lady, though she's still my baby in so many ways.  A dear friend, Tita Doris, also gave her this pretty tower of cupcakes for her birthday cake. It looks very yummy that the kids wanted to grab one of the cupcakes and have a bite the minute it was set-up.  Thank you Ninang Lou and Tita Doris.

By the way, that's me in the pink shirt. I better watch myself with all the sweets around. I love cakes but I still haven't met my goal in weight loss and it's already past July.
